Finally came the day I had been waiting for the last 14 days. The day when I could be allowed to taste my homebrewed beer. I follow the instruction would it taste like a flat / Doge but not sweet beer if it finishes.
So who was tapped, smelled and tasted before Mette and I went started to wash bottles and bottling beer.
Mette just to vent. She seemed not to my home-brewed beer aired especially well.
The bottles are cleaned and shake well before we are ready to draw beer.
For last added sugar so the beer can create carbon dioxide in bottles. Now the bottles then remain dark in the room temperature for 14 days before we can finally taste the final result.
